Support Help financially provide education, nutrition and support, and foster hope in our children and their families.

Donations

GRACES funds both Escuela Integrada and Ahava exclusively with donations. It is part of GRACES’ vision to develop sustainability projects and we are actively working in this area. However, for the time being, our organization runs entirely on donations, making every donation extremely helpful and necessary.

Checks can also be made to GRACES at PO Box 532, Salisbury, NC 28145

Current Campaigns

Throughout the year, we have different campaigns active to support various initiatives in Guatemala. These can include food and nutrition support, technology access, classroom supplies, and much more. Visit our Campaigns page to learn how you can support these specific initiatives.

Sponsorship Program

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a child, teacher or classroom through GRACES! Our sponsorship program is an extremely important part of our organization. Not only does this program allow us to financially provide education and support, but it also fosters hope in our children and their families, and our teachers—they know they have a cheerleader who is rooting, encouraging and praying specifically for them!

Our Sponsorship Program allows us to provide education, nutrition, support and hope for all the students and teachers at Escuela Integrada. Through the Sponsorship Program, we are able to ensure:

  • A safe place for the kids to go during the day
  • Classes across all subject areas for the students to learn
  • Psychologists for the students and their families to talk to
  • Educated and faith-driven teachers and staff for the students to learn from and look up to
  • Two nutritious meals for every student each day
  • Lessons from the bible that instill character and spiritual support
  • And, most importantly, a relationship with YOU!

Purchase Coffee

Support small business with a coffee purchase from Guatemala! Not only does your order support local coffee farmers in Guatemala, but $4 from every bag sold goes right back to Escuela Integrada to fund education for children who live in extreme poverty.

The coffee for this project is from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, from a small family-run coffee farm in the village of Com. Years ago, many of the men in the village immigrated to the United States in hopes of finding work opportunities after the devastating effects of the civil war in Guatemala.

Since then, the farm has been managed and run by Mayan indigenous women. Petrona, the daughter of the land owner, has been in charge of the coffee farm since she was 14 years old. She has worked effortlessly to produce quality coffee and provide for her family.

We are happy to be able to provide coffee for the low cost of $20 per bag including shipping for any orders of 15 bags or more! New this year, we are able to provide an additional discount for orders of 30 bags or more—this size order will only cost $17 per bag including shipping!

When you place your order, please donate the amount for the number of bags you would like. Below are some sample amounts:

  • 15 bags at $20/bag = donation of $300
  • 20 bags at $20/bag = donation of $400
  • 30 bags at $17/bag = donation of $510
  • 50 bags at $17/bag = donation of $850

Please also indicate if you would like the coffee ground or whole bean when it arrives on your doorstep.
