Dear Friends,
Each year, when our beloved board member, Father Josh Mayer, visits with his group from the Diocese of Gallup, he celebrates Mass for Escuela Integrada. All of the students and staff attend and pray together. It warms my heart and reminds me that this moment of prayer is why GRACES exists. Everything we do—education to workshops, counseling to Meal Support, Vision Trips to Sponsorships—has one goal, to educate and form the whole child as a son or daughter of the Lord.
It takes all of us to accomplish this work. I am grateful to the local staff who carry out the day-to-day work with students. I am also grateful for our GRACES staff who make it possible for the local projects to receive funding. Finally, I am thankful to all of you who donate, support and pray for our organization. It is only through your generous support that we are able to serve the students and provide holistic education in Guatemala.
In solidarity,
